Experience:
Mr. Aram Hovhannisyan is the Managing Partner of AMH Audit. He has been in the audit and advisory profession for more than 20 years and has extensively worked in various offices of a Big 4 firm, including six months in the Financial Services and Information, Communication, Entertainment Departments of its London office, three months in the Industrial Markets Department and three months in the Department of Professional Practice of its Moscow office.
Aram has conducted audit and advisory engagements in Armenia, Georgia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and the UK for the clients operating in various industries.
Aram has experience in audit and preparation of IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP and special purpose financial statements. His experience includes information, communication, entertainment industry, construction, electricity and mining companies', industrial markets, banking, financial institutions and insurance companies, commercial manufacturing industry clients.
In addition, he has Ph.D. degree in economics.
